THE EFFECT OF SOME INSECTICIDES ON THE LADY BUG (Coccinella 7-punctata L.)
In Romania unfortunatly the use of insecticides for controling the pest it’s made without any respect for the beneficial fauna. One of the most known beneficial species encountered in almost any agricultural biotope it’s the lady bug Coccinella 7 punctata. The lady bug Coccinella 7 punctata it’s an predatory species that fed especially on aphids species and play an essential role in the biological control of these species. This paper present the research regarding the effect of some insecticides used for controling the mealy plum aphid Hyalopterus pruni Geoffr., to the lady bug Coccinella 7 punctata in the conditions from central Oltenia, at the Banu Maracine Didactical Station. The experience has been set up during 2005 - 2006, in a plum orchard from the Banu Maracine Didactical Station, of the University of Craiova. In order to study the effect of some insecticides on the lady bug there has been made observation in orchards as well in laboratory conditions.  The direct toxic action of the insecticides on the lady bug has been esatblished in field at 24, 48 and 72 hours after the apply of the treatments, counting the dead larva and adults. The effect of the insecticides through feeding with intoxicated aphids, has been establish in laboratory at 24, 48 and 72 hours
RESEARCH REGARDING THE INTEGRATE MANAGEMENT OF THE VINE MOTH (Lobesia botrana Den et Schiff.) AT THE DEALURILE CRAIOVEI VINEYARD
The vine moth Lobesia botrana Den et Schifff. Is one of the main pest of the Dealurile Craiovei vineyard, the damages produced by this pest can reach 25-30%.
The integrate management of the vine moth is an alternative to the excessive chemification in order to control the viticultural ecosystem during the past years, this paper frame within this curent.
During 2004-2006, the climatic conditions has been favourable for the develop of the Lobesia botrana species, in 2004 there has been recorded 4 maximum flights coresponding to 3 complete generations and the fourth one incomplete, in 2005 and 2006 there has been recorded 3 maximum flights coresponding for same number of generations.
The attack medium frequency, of the vine moth, recorded in 2004 has been of 20,66%, 19,0% in 2005, and of 17,83% in 2006. The attack medium frequency during 2004-2006 has been of 19,2% .
The efficiency of the control treatments has been ranged between 94,6% and 89,4%. The highest efficiency of 94,6% has been recorded at the V2 variant, there has been used only chemical products, followed by the V3 variant (91,4%) there has been used chemical products for controling the first 2 generations I and II of the vine moth and an biological product for the third generation III, and the fourth variant V4 (89,7%) there has been used the pyretroid product Bulldock 025 EC for controling the first generation, and the biological product Foray 48B (Biobit XL) for controling the second generation II and 8 pheromonals traps (atraBOT/ha) for controling the third generation III. For the fifth variant V5 there has been used the product Calypso 480 SC, an metamorphosis inhibitor for the arthropods, for controling the first generation and then the biological product Dipel 2xWP for the second generation II and 8 pheromonals traps (atraBOT/ha) for the third generation, at this variant there has been recorded the lowest efficiencyt 89,4%
inventados e desenvolvidos visando a adaptação externa e a integração interna
participante, as conversas informais e a análise documental, complementadas
No
Organizational culture is taken to be basic assumptions devised and
developed with a view to the external adaptation and internal integration of
organizations. It is the matrix that characterizes organizations and sets them
apart. The title of the proposed research topic is: Organizational culture(s) of
the University: Decision making for filling teaching career posts in the Public
University of Angola, based on a cultural model of analysis. It reflects the need
to understand the (re)creation and manifestation of the organizational culture of
the university, based on the dynamics of conceiving and implementing a
Teaching Career Statute (ECD). The organizational and cultural complexity of
universities results from its substantive functions (teaching, research and
outreach) and, essentially, from its structure and functioning, and suggests
following qualitative research methods with the aim of understanding the
rationalities and significances that the actors assign to their practices and
procedures. A case study approach has been adopted so as to grasp the
complexities and characteristics that shape the daily functioning of universities.
Organizations (re)create at the levels of guiding action and of the action, values,
beliefs, symbols and meanings that are appropriated to justify their
institutionalization, and which amount to an organizational learning on the part
of the actors so that they are accepted and integrated. It was the perception of
these dynamics that favoured the use of interviews, non-participant observation,
informal chats and document analysis, backed up by a questionnaire survey, as
research techniques. Moulded by behavioural regularities, the organizational
culture of universities was perceived as being a construction that values
consensus and inconsistency, depending on the circumstances, interests and
motivations of the actors. Normative determinism, State ideologies and the
history of the country have been relied on to support the ideological discourse
and ensure certain rationalities of strategic groups, when academic-scientific
authority is running out. The universalized functions of universities (teaching,
research and outreach) have enabled the organizational cultures of the
university to spill over to the preceding levels of education and, indeed, to all of
society, conveyed not only through the established curriculum but also through the hidden curriculum, given the habitus and professional reproduction
strategies of university teaching staff
The search of a new logic of public administration reforms: the case of metropolitan areas in Italy
The aim of this paper is to formulate some recommendations for the currently undergoing reform of Italian metropolitan areas. This case is particularly relevant since it clearly represents how, even if expected by law, reforms might not happen on the implementation side. We draw the recommendations from some basic assumptions of the collaborative governance model. Recommendations deal with the development of a systemic, collaborative and leadership oriented view of reforms. Indeed, reforms should be intended not only as a legislative process, but also as a complex change management process characterized by the decisive role of the human factor
The Orthodox Church and the Young Generation – Today’s Problems
Lately, the Orthodox Church has been very concerned by the issue of the youngsters’ migration into a multicultural and pluri-religious area. Migration is an objective reality that we can notice but we are not able to stop. We emphasize the fact that the young generation needs to be seen in the light of hope and of the future, as resources and not as problems. Under these circumstances, the Church needs to find a new way of working and adequate pastoral means for people to be able to live a normal life from a spiritual and religious perspective as well. We need to find means of awakening and of shaping the youngsters’ moral conscience, of guiding them towards Christian holiness and perfection. It is only by having such a perspective, the perspective of those who want to give the young generation the chance to discover Christ our Redeemer, that a correct spiritual guidance for the young can be realized, able to save them from the mirage of the contemporary temptations
