Educational Activities Ivan Bagryany During the Operation of the Camp for Displaced Persons in the Western Occupation Zones
У статті досліджено вплив просвітницької діяльності української інтелігенції на життя українців у таборах переміщених осіб у повоєнній Західній Німеччині та внесок Івана Багряного в розвиток українського громадсько-політичного життя в еміґрації. The paper examines the impact of the Ukrainian intelligentsia educational activities on the lives of Ukrainians in the camps of displaced persons in post-war West Germany Ivana Bagryanogo that contribute to the development of Ukrainian social and political life in exile.

After the Second World Won several million Ukrainians who were on the territory of the former Third Reich, allies of the anti-Hitler coalition were herded into special camps
1995 Statewide Long Range Transportation Plan
The Statewide Transportation Planning Process for highway transportation builds upon the planning processes previously used by UDOT. The previous planning process developed a three-tier list of capacity and system improvement projects from public and UDOT staff participation. Projects were ranked according to need into three priorities. Priority One projects were those needed within five years. Priority Two projects were needed in five to ten years, and Priority Three projects were those projects needed in ten to twenty years. The Statewide Transportation Planning Process uses data collected from a series of Management Systems, corridor inventories, and other special studies combined with detailed public participation to develop strategies and projects to improve the transportation system over the next twenty years. The Statewide Transportation Plan is financially constrained, so strategies and project implementation can reasonably be expected to occur when projected. The Transportation Plans and Transportation Improvement Programs, prepared by the Metropolitan Planning Organizations, are among the documents used to prepare the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP)
Синтез экспоненциальных сплайнов на основе моделей линейных электрических цепей
Дано обґрунтування щодо застосування при визначенні параметрів лінійних електричних кіл і їх компонентів класу експоненціальних випробувальних сигналів (ВС) із метою отримання уніфікованого відгуку, форма якого є зручної до аналізу та контролю. Наведені основні визначення та методологія щодо синтезу експоненціальних сплайнів, що можуть бути безпосередньо сформовані у вигляді електричного сигналу у лінійних електричних колах.The grounds of application are given during measuring of parameters linear electric circuits and their components of class of exponential test signals in order to receive compatible response, the form which is comfortable for analysis and control. The main definitions and the synthesis of exponential splines methodology are given, which can be formulated as electric signal in linear electric circuits.Дано обоснование применения при измерениях параметров линейных электрических цепей и их компонентов класса экспоненциальных испытательных сигналов с целью получения унифицированного отклика, форма которого является удобной для анализа и контроля. Даны основные определения и методология синтеза экспоненциальных сплайнов, которые могут быть непосредственно сформированы в виде электрического сигнала в линейных электрических цепях
Empirical research of the development of the emotional and volitional spheres of older preschool children
The aim of the article is an empirical study of psychological determinants and significant correlations between the development of older preschool children’s emotional and volitional spheres. The importance of preschool age in the development of the child’s psyche, feelings, emotions, self-control, empathy, and reflexive capacities was emphasized. Self-control was found to be low in a significant proportion of the respondents (n=46; 62.16%). The emotional reaction, which is the child’s empathic ability to empathize and sympathize, had high levels, according to the study (M1= 18.12; M2=12.00; M3=10.01). The empathetic capacity of a senior preschooler was in the active development phase and encourages the formation of empathic and reflexive abilities through play activities, particularly through such a form of leading mental activity as story-role play. The correlation matrix revealed that “Self-control” and “Emotional response” had a positive and relevant correlation (rs = .141; р < .05). It is stated that the presence of this correlation in the researched groups was a good marker of older preschool children’s emotional and volitional development

The Basis of the Structural and Functional Model of Professional Training of Future Pre-School Institutions Teachers for Interaction With Combatants' Families
У статті науково обґрунтовано та графічно представлено структурно- функціональну модель професійної підготовки майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти до взаємодії з родинами учасників бойових дій, яка складається із п'яти блоків: цільового, методологічного, змістового, процесуального та результативного. Автором проаналізовано підходи провідних науковців до категорій «модель» і «моделювання» та сформульовано власні визначення цих понять. Узагальнено вимоги, які забезпечують відповідність структурно-функціональної моделі цілям моделювання й ефективності її функціонування.The purpose of the article is to substantiate the structural and functional model of training of future pre-school institutions teachers to interact with the combatants' families. Research methods used for writing this publication: analysis of scientific literature, systematization, synthesis, comparison, modeling.
In the article the structural and functional model of professional training for interaction with combatants' families is scientifically substantiated and graphically represented. The above-mentioned model consists of five blocks: purposeful, methodological, content, procedural and effective. The author analyzes the approaches of leading scholars to the categories of "model" and "modeling" and formulates definition of these concepts. The requirements, which ensure the conformity of the structural and functional model with the objectives of modeling and the efficiency of its functioning, are generalized. The organizational and pedagogical conditions are outlined. It serves as the basis for realization of the model of professional training of future teachers, developed by the author, for interaction with combatants' families in order to identify its effectiveness.
The model of training of the future teachers for interaction with combatants' families is aimed at the prospect, its result is an experienced specialist - a teacher of the pre-school education institutions, who will be familiar with the features, problems and needs, will have effective forms, methods, and means of pedagogical interaction maintains a high level of competence during professional activity. The offered model is open and dynamic because it is closely connected with the environment: the socio-political situation in the country, the increase in the number of military personnel participating in hostilities in Ukraine and in other states, an increase in the number of orphaned children, in particular of pre-school age. These factors lead to a continuous increase in the requirements for the teacher's competence, which must be quickly updated and expanded, as well as the methods and technologies of training future specialists in pre-school education should be improved.
The prospects of further research are seen in introducing an experimental model of training of future pre-school educational establishments teachers for interaction with combatants' families while working with students of Pedagogical Faculty
