Complementary methods of treatment of alcoholic dependence syndrome (F10.2) in the practice of a family medicine
A program of a multilevel approach to the treatment of alcohol dependence syndrome (F10.2) in the practice of a family medicine physician based on the combined use of psychotherapeutic correction using a cognitive-behavioral approach, detoxification of the body using singlet oxygen therapy and a decrease in the patient's craving for alcohol by the method of transcranial micropolarization is presented. According to the results of treatment, out of 46 patients in the main group, remission over 1 year was observed in 38 patients undergoing treatment

К определению области допуска параметров радиоэлектронных систем при учете воздействия помех
In the article the possibility of accounting for changes in the parameters of the equivalent electronic systems under the influence of an additive mixture useful signal and interference by determining the required tolerances of parameters for different disturbance situations. The proposed approach allows us to assess the interference immunity of analog communication systems of different types of modulation.
Sodium signaling and astrocyte energy metabolism.
The Na(+) gradient across the plasma membrane is constantly exploited by astrocytes as a secondary energy source to regulate the intracellular and extracellular milieu, and discard waste products. One of the most prominent roles of astrocytes in the brain is the Na(+) -dependent clearance of glutamate released by neurons during synaptic transmission. The intracellular Na(+) load collectively generated by these processes converges at the Na,K-ATPase pump, responsible for Na(+) extrusion from the cell, which is achieved at the expense of cellular ATP. These processes represent pivotal mechanisms enabling astrocytes to increase the local availability of metabolic substrates in response to neuronal activity. This review presents basic principles linking the intracellular handling of Na(+) following activity-related transmembrane fluxes in astrocytes and the energy metabolic pathways involved. We propose a role of Na(+) as an energy currency and as a mediator of metabolic signals in the context of neuron-glia interactions. We further discuss the possible impact of the astrocytic syncytium for the distribution and coordination of the metabolic response, and the compartmentation of these processes in cellular microdomains and subcellular organelles. Finally, we illustrate future avenues of investigation into signaling mechanisms aimed at bridging the gap between Na(+) and the metabolic machinery. GLIA 2016;64:1667-1676
Rehabilitation of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder by complementary methods
Introduction. The article analyzes the relationship between stress, post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) and changes in the functioning of the neuroendocrine system.
Aim. Development of a hypothesis and practical evaluation of its effectiveness based on the proposed rehabilitation protocols for patients with post-traumatic stress disorder resulting from psychoemotional stress, based on a multi-level multifactorial approach with the use of transcranial stimulation by pulse currents at the frequency of rhythms of the cerebral cortex, stimulation by light pulses at the frequencies of alpha, beta and theta rhythms of the cerebral cortex in combination with neuroacoustic correction of the neuroendocrine system.
Materials and methods. The study involved 36 men, combatants, aged 28-54 full years, who gave their written consent to participate in the study. In the course of the research at the first stage, a hypothesis was formed about possible options for multifactorial multilevel effects on the central nervous system in order to rehabilitate patients with PTSD.
Results. The implementation of the proposed solution is to increase the efficiency and reduce the time of rehabilitation of PTSD due to a multi-level multifactorial approach:
Conclusion. The results of the study revealed positive dynamics of clinical manifestations in both groups of patients. After analyzing the data obtained (assessment of the quality of life according to the SF-36 questionnaire), it was found that the protocol of rehabilitation of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder is based on the use of a multi-level approach that allows correction

Multidisciplinary approach in the treatment of spin diseases
The article discusses the method of multidisciplinary treatment of patients with a diagnosis of M54.5 "Low back pain" based on the combined use of physiotherapy, kinesitherapy and correction of anxious depression. It was established that treatment of patients with lower back pain based on the proposed method reduces the level of subjective assessment of pain according to the VAS scale by 28 ± 3% reduces the clinical manifestations of pain and by 21 ± 4% the level of depression according to A. Beck's psychometric table compared to the control group
