Article discusses lecturers plan to teach abroad. This article explains the main reason of working satisfaction, those are money, working safety, schedule, and envolvement in working environment. For the last three main reasons, which are working safety, schedule, and envolvement in working environment, the lecturers generally satisfied. The main reason that is assumed to have a big influence in lecturer plan to teach abroad is bigger salary (money)

The Language Attitude of Border Peoples Insular Riau, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, and the Eastern Sunda Islands

This research aims at describing (1) the language use of border area societies (Insular Riau, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, and the Eastern Sunda Islands) in terms of local language (BD), Indonesian (BI), and foreign language (BA) in the domains of family, society, and occupation, (2) language activity of border area societies relating to news observation, language attention, and language constraints in mass media, (3) language attitude of border area societies towards BD, BI, and BA. The findings are as follows. First, within the family and society at large, BD is more frequently used than BI and BA. This shows that BD functions in non-formal situations. In the professional field, however, BI is more frequently used than BD. Second, people in border provinces widely observe mass media, whether printed or electronic. They also often pay attention to the language the mass media uses. Third, border societies have a positive attitude towards BD as is shown (agree/totally agree) by the answers to eight questions relating to BD. The language attitude of border societies towards BI is positive based on the answers (agree/totally agree) to seven questions concerning BI. This also means that BI is prestigious for border people, especially in formal communication. The language attitude of border societies towards BA is mixed. In as far as it is negative it implies a positive evaluation of BD and BI because people appreciate them as part of their local and national identities

The Effect of Platelet Rich Plasma on Mesenchymal Stem Cells (Mscs) Differentiation Into Chondroblast

The addition of platelet rich plasma to mesenchymal stem cell culture on growth media and chondrogenic media had any effect on stem cell's proliferation and differentiation into chondroblast has not been determined. This research is to find out the effect of platelet rich plasma on mesenchymal stem cell's differentiation and proliferation into chondroblast on in vitro media. Randomized control group posttest only design. Blood was taken from the rabbit's vein to be processed into platelet rich plasma (PRP). Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) was harvested from the bone marrow of the rabbit to be cultured. The MSC's culture were divided into three groups of modification. The first group was combination of MSC added with Complete Culture Medium (CCM) and Chondrogenic Diferentation Medium (CDM) without PRP as control group. The second group had the same combination as the first group with extra 5% PRP. The third group had the same combination as the first group with extra 10% PRP. The results were evaluated in the following 21 days. The group that received extra 5% PRP had significant increase of chondroblast count compared to the group without PRP addition (p=0,033). The same result also occured on the groups that received extra 10% PRP compared to the group without PRP addition (p=0,028). There were no significant diferences between both the second and the third groupchondroblast count (p=0,203). There was a significant effect of platelet rich plasma on mesenchymal stem cell's diferentiation and proliferation into chondroblast on invitro media

Peran United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Dalam Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Di Indonesia Tahun 2009-2014

This research describes role of an Internatinal Organizations, United Nations on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) on fighting the corruption in Indonesia, 2009-2014. The numbers of Indonesias corruption quantity is increasing and sreading from lowest level to the highest level. Corruption in Indonesia always growths through year to year, not only the numbers of corruption rates, but also the numbers of Indonesias financial loss. Fighting corruption effort quality has to be modified and advanced by Indonesia law enforcment agencies on creating just and prosper Indonesia.This research theoretically has built with pluralism perspectives on International Relations and supported by International Organizations Roles theories, and also the concept of Organized Crime. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is the role of UNODC on the corruptions fighting efforts of Indonesia.This research also proves that UNODC roles on handling corruption is sufficient. UNODC preventive action that has been offered to Indonesia law enforcement agencies, excluded, seminars, trainings, discussions, and workshop cooperated with national and international institutions. Considering the survey result by International Transparency, Indonesias score always increasing from year to year. Prediksi jumlah produksi adalah salah satu cara untuk menentukan pembelian bahan baku ke produsen. Selain itu tujuan dari prediksi jumlah produksi agar tidak terjadi penumpukan stok bahan baku di gudang PT Futami Food & Beverages. Karena jika terjadi penumpukan bahan baku, menyebabkan bahan baku tersebut tidak terpakai sampai masa berlaku bahan baku tersebut habis. dalam penelitian ini prediksi jumlah produksi di PT Futami Food & Beverages menggunakan metode peramalan double exponential smoothing. Data historis yang dihitung menggunakan metode double exponential smoothing adalah jumlah data penjualan semua varian produk Futami 17 GT di tahun 2016 pada bulan Juni sampai November. Sesuai dengan yang diteliti data penjualan di PT Futami Food & Beverages mempunyai plot data trend naik dan turun, Dari hasil penelitian ini akan digunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Prediksi Jumlah Produksi untuk penentuan jumlah produksi. Apartemen Bale Hinggil terletak di Jl. Dr. H. Soekarno Surabaya. Apartemen ini memiliki pesaing ketat yang berjarak 350 meter, menawarkan fasilitas dan harga sama. Berbeda dengan pesaingnya yang berada di samping jalan raya, apartemen Bale Hinggil berdiri di bawah jembatan dan tepat di samping sungai. Hal ini membuatnya sulit bersaing di pasar. Maka, perlu digunakan faktor harga supaya apartemen ini dapat kembali menarik minat pembeli. Pengolahan Air Limbah Domestik dengan Proses Lumpur Aktif yang Diisi dengan Media Bioball

Recently, the treatment process of waste water contains organic pollutant which used in Indonesia especially in Jakarta is activated sludge process. The problem is its treated water quality which frequently does not yet fulfilled to effluent standard of wastewater. Some affecting factors are hydraulic retention time (HRT) too short, the fluctuation of wastewater flow rate, unfavorable function of aeration process and also which do not less important is operational mistake caused by insufficient knowledge of operator. To overcome the mentioned problems it is needed technological innovation to increase efficiency of wastewater treatment process especially activated sludge process. This paper describes the study of domestic waste water treatment using activated sludge process which is filled with bioball plastic media for attaching microorganism to increase efficiency and keep stability of process. Result of the study shows that within 6 hours hydraulic retention time (HRT), the removal efficiency of COD, BOD, Ammonia and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) were 78.42%, 79.41%, 61.41%, and 82.06% respectively. The most effective of sludge circulation ratio is R=0,5Q. In sludge circulation ratio R= 0,5Q, the removal efficiency of COD, BOD, organic loading coming into bioreactor, the lower removal efficiency. In organic loading (BOD loading) 0.3 - 1.0 kgBOD/m3.day, the removal efficiency of BOD was 80 - 85 %
