At present, the needs in terms of connectivity for the rapid and constant exchange of information require the design of scalable and switching networks with a certain level of security, for this reason it is necessary to implement technologies and use of improved switching protocols that allow communications to through data networks, making them more efficient and establishing alternatives to interconnectivity problems. Through the CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) diploma, future engineers have developed the ability to design, carry out implementation, verify optimal operation and solve possible problems that may arise in business networks. During the development of the diploma, the Packet Tracer and GNS3 software was used, which allows simulating the multiple concepts seen, offering the possibility of performing from the basic configuration of the router and switches as well as the implementation of specific routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP version 2, protocols such as NTP, implementation of VLANs and trunks, Spanning Tree, RSTP, LACP, etc

Kata kunci: mahasiswa sarjana; magang industri; Generasi Z; resiliensi; motivasi kerja Abstract—Some Generation Z or Gen Z members (a generation who were born in 1997 until 2012) are currently final-year undergraduate university students working as interns. Juggling between college and internship is a challenge for these Gen Zs, especially with how Gen Zs are oftenly known as a “Strawberry Generation''. A few studies have found that Gen Zs are less resilient than Gen X who were born in 1965 until 1980. However, previous study has found that some factors are able to encourage Gen Zs’ work motivation. This research aims to find out if there is a correlation between work motivation and resilience in Gen Z university students who are working as interns. This is quantitative research using the correlational method. A total of 147 samples participated in this research. Data analysis using Spearman correlation found a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and resilience in Gen Z university students who are working as interns. As the level of work motivation among Gen Z university students who are working as interns gets higher, their level of resilience becomes higher as well. Meanwhile, as the level of their work motivation becomes lower, their level of resilience becomes lower as well. Keywords: undergraduate university students; industrial internship; Generation Z; resilience; work motivatio
