Inertial mechanism: dynamical mass as a source of particle creation
A kinetic theory of vacuum particle creation under the action of an inertial
mechanism is constructed within a nonpertrubative dynamical approach. At the
semi-phenomenological level, the inertial mechanism corresponds to quantum
field theory with a time-dependent mass. At the microscopic level, such a
dependence may be caused by different reasons: The non-stationary Higgs
mechanism, the influence of a mean field or condensate, the presence of the
conformal multiplier in the scalar-tensor gravitation theory etc. In what
follows, a kinetic theory in the collisionless approximation is developed for
scalar, spinor and massive vector fields in the framework of the oscillator
representation, which is an effective tool for transition to the quasiparticle
description and for derivation of non-Markovian kinetic equations. Properties
of these equations and relevant observables (particle number and energy
densities, pressure) are studied. The developed theory is applied here to
describe the vacuum matter creation in conformal cosmological models and
discuss the problem of the observed number density of photons in the cosmic
microwave background radiation. As other example, the self-consistent evolution
of scalar fields with non-monotonic self-interaction potentials (the
W-potential and Witten - Di Vecchia - Veneziano model) is considered. In
particular, conditions for appearance of tachyonic modes and a problem of the

ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ МОНИТОРИНГ И ПРОФИЛАКТИКА ГЕМОФИЛЬНОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ ТИПА B В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ
At three study sites, incidence rates of meningitis caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b exceeded the threshold of 10 cases per на 100,000 children under 5 and mandated vaccination. Both vaccines the use of which is permitted in the Russian Federation are efficacious and safe. In order to make immunization a success, it’s imperative to take the comprehensive approach comprising not only vaccine procurement but also cold chain reinforcement, laboratory capacity building including staff training, computerization of primary care facilities as well as other feasible types of healthcare modernization. Immunization against Haemophilus influenzae type b not only prevents in children purulent bacterial meningitis of aforementioned etiology but also reduces rates of respiratory infections.В трех центрах исследования показатели заболеваемости менингитом, вызванным Haemophilus influenzae типа b, превышали 10 случаев на 100 000 детского населения в возрасте до 5 лет и обосновывали проведение массовой вакцинации. Обе вакцины, разрешенные к применению в Российской федерации, эффективны и безопасны. Чтобы при проведении вакцинации добиться успеха, необходимо не только поставить вакцины, но и подойти к решению вопроса комплексно, включая укрепление холодовой цепи и лабораторного потенциала с проведением дополнительной подготовки персонала, компьютеризацию учреждений первичной медико-санитарной помощи и иные осуществимые виды модернизации здравоохранения. Иммунизация против гемофильной инфекции типа b предотвращает возникновение у детей гнойных бактериальных менингитов соответствующей этиологии и уменьшает заболеваемость респираторными инфекциями

This case demonstrate the effec- tiveness and safety of our device (АВК-Н) for a longtime (270 days) left ventricular bypass and the ability to perform a successful transplantation of donor,s heart after application of this system

В статье описан первый в РФ клинический опыт успешного применения отечественного аппарата вспомо- гательного кровообращения на базе имплантируемого осевого насоса для двухэтапной трансплантации сердца. Показана эффективность и безопасность использования системы АВК-Н с целью длительного (270 суток) обхода левого желудочка и возможность выполнения успешной трансплантации донорского сердца после эксплантации системы.
