    On bi-hamiltonian structure of some integrable systems on so*(4)

    On maximally superintegrable systems

    Locally any completely integrable system is maximally superintegrable system such as we have the necessary number of the action-angle variables. The main problem is the construction of the single-valued additional integrals of motion on the whole phase space by using these multi-valued action-angle variables. Some constructions of the additional integrals of motion for the St\"ackel systems and for the integrable systems related with two different quadratic rr-matrix algebras are discussed.     One invariant measure and different Poisson brackets for two nonholonomic systems

    We discuss the nonholonomic Chaplygin and the Borisov-Mamaev-Fedorov systems, for which symplectic forms are different deformations of the square root from the corresponding invariant volume form.     A new method of dissolution of the used car tires in the different organic solvents at elevated temperature and pressure was tried. An efficiency rating of swelling of the car tires' samples was found: optimal proportion of solvent, rubber, the time of effective swelling and pressure. As the result it was found out that the tire is entirely swelling under such conditions and there is an opportunity of easy recovery of the metal circlet and cord from it, which increases the rubber quality and facilitate the process of recycling of the car tires

    Выбор инфузионных сред для коррекции микроциркуляторных нарушений при тяжелой черепно-мозговой травме

    Цель исследования — обоснование выбора инфузионных сред с позиции коррекции микроциркуляторных нарушений у пострадавших с тяжелой черепно-мозговой травмой. Исследовательский массив разделили на 4 группы. В 1-й группе (n = 21) инфузионная терапия включала модифицированный желатин в суточной дозе 7 мл/кг массы тела, во 2-й группе (n = 19) — сбалансированный раствор кристаллоидов в дозе 6,5 мл/кг массы тела, в 3-й (n = 19) — 6% раствор гидроксиэтилированного крахмала 130/0,4 в дозе 6 мл/кг массы тела, а в 4-й группе (n = 21) — 0,9% раствор натрия хлорида в суточной дозировке 14 мл/кг массы тела. Помимо общеклинических исследований всем больным проводили мониторинг центральной гемодинамики и оценку микроциркуляции методом лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии. В результате работы доказана необходимость коррекции микроциркуляции у всех пациентов с тяжелой черепно-мозговой травмой.Включение в алгоритм работы врача методов контроля микроциркуляции (показателя лазерной допплеро­флоуметрии) облегчает выбор инфузионных сред. Гидроксиэтилированный крахмал 130/0,4 обладает наилучшим сочетанием свойств для коррекции микроциркуляции. Менее эффективными являются препараты модифицированного желатина. Сбалансированные и несбалансированные кристаллоиды не способствуют восстановлению микроциркуляторного кровообращения.</jats:p
