Sociolinguistics Perspectives on Gender Patterns in Instagram
This article focused on the the gender patterns that were found in the social media Instagram based on the sociolinguistics point of view. There were two research questions were arisen what types of the gender patterns that were found in the social media Instagram based on the sociolinguistics and the factors of the difference language used based on gender in social media Instagram. Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT) was used to analyze the data. The data was taken from all of component of the sociolinguistics aspect in social media network especially for gender patterns that existed on the social media instagram college students' users id in Pekanbaru. The writer took 30 Instagram users id as sample. The study found that two types of gender patterns, first; gender in writing and second; gender in profile photo, thus there were five main assumptions that caused the differences language in gender in social media Instagram, namely; (1) an audience is active and goal-oriented in their media consumption, (2) media are used for gratifications, (3) media are in competition with other means of need satisfaction, (4) people understand their personal media use, interests, and motives enough to communicate with researchers about their choices, (5) the audience members are the only people who can make judgments regarding the value of the media content. The study recommends that sociolinguistics is an interesting topic to be researched thus future field of study concerns with the rapid changing phenomena in social media
Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematik Pada Mahasiswa Melalui Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (Ctl)
One main goal of Mathematics learning development from primary to university level is the ability of mathematics communication. The subject that involves this in education mathematics major is the statistic of education mathematics study. The method that meets the caracter of this subject is CTL approach. The goal of this study is to analyze the improvement of mathematics comunication ability of the students who learn CTL approach and those who do not learn the approach. The applied method for this study is experimental control group postest only. The study population was all students of 2011, class a1 and a2. Class a2 as the exsperimental group and a1 as control group. Instrument in this study is a set of problem of mathematic communication. This results of this study and analyze data as quantitative is an increase in mathematics communication ability of students who abtain CTL approach better than the increase in mathematics communication ability of students receiving conventional learning

LPG 3 kg has become a very important requirement. It can be seen from the demand for LPG 3 kg is increasing every year, both in use for households or for the development of micro enterprises. The purpose of this research was to determine how the LPG 3 kg distribution control in the Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan by the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City (case study: Sub Distributor LPG 3 kg) and to determine the factors that affect the control in the distribution of LPG 3 kg.Theoretical concepts used is controlling from Ukas. Indicators in this research accomplished the standard, compare result with standard, and take correction action. And to determine the factors that affect the control in the distribution of LPG 3 kg by the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City in Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan based on research in the field. The method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique . Informants in this study is the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City, PT . Pertamina ( Persero ), Distributor LPG 3 kg , Sub- Distributors LPG 3 kg and Consumers with accidental sampling technique .From the research, it can be concluded that controlling is done by Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City in Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan no miximized. can be seen from sub distributors LPG 3 kg that did not apply the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) one of which is a sub distributors who sells LPG 3 kg over the normal price in the distribution area Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan
Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru No. 8 Tahun 2012 Tentang Retribusi Izin Gangguan ( Studi Kasus SPBU)
Pekanbaru city is one of the cities in Indonesia are experiencing a rapid increase in business development and investment in Indonesia. Disturbance Permit be one important factor in obtaining legality of local authorities towards the establishment of a business. Appropriation nuisance permit (HO) aims to protect the public interest and to maintain order and as a form of government oversight and pengedalian in certain locations which may cause hazards losses and disruption. Establishment of a gas station in the city of Pekanbaru often cause problems with the surrounding community. On the other hand there are many gas station stations that have not paid levies nuisance permit (HO). Integrated Service Agency and Investment (BPTPM) Pekanbaru City as an institution designated by the city of Pekanbaru who has authority in the permitting process and the levy charged for this permit in accordance with Regulation City of Pekanbaru No. 8 in 2012 regarding Disturbance Permit.Based on these findings, this study aims to determine the extent of implementation and the factors that affect the implementation of Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation No. 8 in 2012. This study uses the theory of implementation by Van Meter and Van Horn who has six variables, standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of the implementing agencies, communication between organizations, socio-economic conditions and political and disposition. The method used in this research is qualitative research. With the technique performed is purposive sampling to key informants. In this study, the informant is BPTPM, Disperindag Pekanbaru and related institutions. In gathering the data used qualitative approach with the method of observation and interviews, after the data is collected then analyzed by descriptive.Based on the research that has been carried out based on theoretical concepts, the implementation of Local Regulation No. 8 in 2012 Licenses Disorders at the Gas Stations, has been implemented by BPTPM. However, implementation of the regulations are not well realized. Weak sanctions make local regulation of fee collection process is not going well. The lack of resources in the form of personnel and technical team in the field also affects the implementation of the local regulation
Manajemen Pelayanan Publik pada Pdam Kota Pekanbaru
Anticipated PDAM Kota Pekanbaru service management in general have not been able to meet the needs of customers well. Technical constraints, especially lack of funds,congestion water delivered, the water is not clear other than that the demage to pipes, drains and Administrative services convoluted in the PDAM Kota Pekanbaru. Supposedly this PDAM Kota Pekanbaru as a company that is trusted by the city government to meet the needs of society pekanbaru,PDAM Kota pekanbaru will be able to realize the goal of clean water of company. The problem in this research is how the conditions of service management at PDAM Kota Pekanbaru in realizing its objectives and the factors that affect the service management.

In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and documentation. By using key informants as sources of information and literatures.

Air is an important component in human life. Air quality is a buffer of thesurvival of not only plants and animals but also humans so that the compositionneeds to be maintained but now the air quality has changed its composition due to airpollution so it can not support life. Air pollution is one of the many problems faced byurban areas as well as in Pekanbaru City. The Government issued a decision on thecalculation and reporting and information of the Air Pollution Standards Index(ISPU). ISPUs are reports of air quality to the public to explain how clean orcontaminated our air is and how it affects our health after breathing in the air forseveral hours or days.Based on the decision of Environmental Impact Management Agency (Bapedal)Number KEP-107 / Kabapedal / 11/1997, ISPU delivery to the public can be donethrough mass media and electronics and boards in public places. Pollutants orairborne pollutants are usually converted into one index value displayed on theseairborne stations can be either public awareness or public warning.The purpose of this research is to know how Optimizing Function Board AirPollution Standard Index (ISPU) by Environment and Sanitation Office of PekanbaruCity. This research was conducted by using qualitative research method, withdescriptive data assessment. In data collection, researchers used interviewtechniques, observation, literature study and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the Office of the Environment andSanitation of Pekanbaru City has issued a policy of procurement of Air PollutionStandards Index (ISPU).
