Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Hak Cipta Dalam Bidang Industri Kreatif Di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia
Penegakan hukum hak cipta belum dilakukan secara maksimal sesuai Pasal 113 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2014 Nomor 266, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5599). Oleh karenanya, penulis meneliti penegakan hukum terhadap hak cipta dalam bidang industri kreatif di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Dapat diselesaikan dengan penelitian hukum normatif. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa kurangnya penegakan hukum sanksi pidana terhadap pelanggaran hak cipta dalam bidang industri kreatif, oleh pengadilan terdakwa dijatuhi hukuman ringan, sehingga tidak mempunyai efek jera. Saran yaitu dengan melalui penyuluhan, seminar, lomba karya ilmiah, Wahana Musik Indonesia dan Sentral Lisensi Musik Indonesia sebagai lembaga manajemen kolektif harus bertindak aktif dan peneliti selanjutnya meneliti Kepolisian Republik Indonesia
Bandgap engineering of Cd1-xSrxO
Structural, electronic and optical properties of Cd1-xSrxO (0 \leq x \leq 1)
are calculated for the first time using density functional theory. Our results
show that these properties are strongly dependent on x. The bond between Cd and
O is partially covalent and the covalent nature of the bond decreases as the
concentration of Sr increases from 0 to 100%. It is found that Cd1-xSrxO is an
indirect bandgap compound for the entire range of x and the bandgap of the
alloy increases from 0.85 to 6.00 eV with the increase in Sr concentration.
Frequency dependent dielectric functions {\epsilon}1({\omega}),
{\epsilon}2({\omega}), refractive index n({\omega}) and absorption coefficient
{\alpha}({\omega}) are also calculated and discussed in details. The peak value
of refractive indices shifts to higher energy regions with the increase in Sr.
The striking feature of these alloys is that Cd0.5Sr0.5O is an anisotropic
material. The larger value of the extraordinary refractive index confirms that
the material is positive birefringence crystal. The present comprehensive
theoretical study of the optoelectronic properties of the material predicts
that it can be effectively used in optoelectronic applications in the wide
range of spectrum; IR, visible and UV
Respon Petani terhadap Gelar Teknologi Budidaya Jagung Hibrida Bima 5 di Kabupaten Dongggala
Jagung merupakan tanaman yang umumnya ditanam di wilayah dataran rendah, baik di tanah tegalan, sawah tadah hujan serta ditanam di dataran tinggi. Untuk pengembangan jagung, penggunaan benih unggul dan bermutu tinggi menjadi salah satu upaya yang terus dikaji dan disebarluaskan ke petani. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya produksi jagung diakibatkan oleh kebiasaan petani dalam budidaya jagung menggunakan benih yang ditanam turun temurun sehingga produksinya tidak optimal. Benih merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan budidaya tanaman yang perannya tidak dapat digantikan oleh faktor lain. Disamping benih unggul, penggunaan pupuk berimbang dan pengendalian hama terpadu juga menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produksi maupun prduktivitas tanaman jagung. Teknologi hasil penelitian dan pengkajian tidak bermanfaat jika tidak sampai atau tidak diadopsi oleh petani. Oleh karena itu perlu usaha penyampaian teknologi secara informatif, aplikatif dan efektif dari hasil kegiatan penelitian kepada petani. Gelar teknologi yang disertai dengan Sekolah Lapang (SL) merupakan salah satu cara untuk mempercepat penyebarluasan adopsi teknologi pertanian ke pengguna sehingga dengan demikian komponen teknologi yang disampaikan mudah diterima oleh petani. Hasil gelar yang dipadukan dengan SL memperlihatkan bahwa petani memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan benih unggul, jarak tanam, pemupukan, pengolahan tanah dan Prengendalian Hama/Penyakit. Disamping itu memberikan nilai tambah dan menguntungkan, dengan nilai R/C 2,6, sehingga dengan demikian penerapan usahatani jagung hibrida bima 5 melalui gelar teknologi layak untuk diusahakan dan dikembangkan ke wilayah yang lebih luas. Hydraulic Analysis of Micro-irrigation Laterals: a New Approach
The current approach in hydraulic analysis of micro-irrigation laterals has been
derived from sprinkler irrigation design where pipe sizes and flow rates are large.
The approach assumes uniform emitter discharge and emitter barb head loss, or uses empirical formula which are not applicable to micro-irrigation systems due
to errors caused by ignoring the effect of water temperature. The formula do not fit the actual head loss in small diameter polyethylene pipes for the range of
Reynolds number normally encountered in micro-irrigation and should not be
used for accurate analysis. The Darcy-Weisbach equation with a combined friction
factor for the smooth pipe and local loss due to emitter connection used in a step
by step evaluation of head loss gives more accurate results than the current
method. The new approach also considers emitter manufacturing variation, and
the effect of temperature changes on emitter discharge and lateral flow rates. This
approach makes the use of equivalent pipe length for emitter connection head loss
and a factor for dividing flow unnecessary
Profil Pasien Tb-hiv dan Non Tb-hiv di Rscm
Tuberculosis (TB) is the most common opportunistic infection and cause of death in patients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in developing countries. TB-HIV cases showed an increase in recent years. There has been no report on TB-HIV patient profiles in RSCM. The purpose of this study was to obtain data an demographic, clinical, laboratory, and radiological TB-HIV patients. This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study design to document medical records of HIV-TB patients who came for treatment to the Pokdisus RSCM between July 2008-December 2010. A number of 522 patients consisted of 424 males (81.2%) and 98 females (18.8%), with a mean age of 31.92 years, the majority in the age group 18-40 years (90.8), 53.1% married, tribal Betawi 28.4%, and 64.2% graduated from high school. The proportion of injecting drug transmission (56.5%). Concomitant infection is hepatitis C infection (42.9%) and oral candidiasis (26.4%). Chronic cough is the most clinical manifestation (67.5%), followed by prolonged fever (57.5%) and weight loss (50.4%). Patients with sputum smear-negative (36.2%), CD4 <200 (78.0%) and chest X-ray finding of TB (32.8%).Keywords : tuberculosis, hiv.AbstrakTuberkulosis (TB) merupakan infeksi oportunistik terbanyak dan penyebab kematian utama pada pasien Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) di negara berkembang. Kasus TB-HIV menunjukkan kenaikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Belum ada laporan mengenai profil pasien TB-HIV di RSCM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data demografi, klinis, laboratoris, dan radiologis pasien TB-HIV. Penelitian ini merupakan rancangan studi potong lintang deskriptif dengan menelusuri rekam medik pasien TB-HIV yang datang berobat ke Kelompok Studi Khusus (Pokdisus) RSCM antara bulan Juli 2008-Desember 2010. Sejumlah 522 penderita yang terdiri dari 424 laki-laki (81,2%) dan 98 wanita (18,8%), dengan usia rerata 31,92 tahun, mayoritas pada kelompok usia 18-40 tahun (90.8), sudah kawin 53.1%, suku Betawi 28,4%, dan tamat SMA 64,2%. Proporsi transmisi narkoba suntik (56,5%). Infeksi penyerta adalah infeksi hepatitis C (42,9%) dan kandidiasis oral (26,4%). Batuk kronik merupakan manifestasi klinik terbanyak (67,5%), diikuti dengan demam lama (57,5%) dan berat badan turun (50,4%). Pasien dengan sputum BTA negatif (36,2%), CD4 <200 (78,0%) dan gambaran TB pada foto toraks (32,8%).Kata kunci : tuberculosis, hiv
Upaya Meningkatkan Koordinasi Dalam Mengembangkan Industri Pariwisata Di Kabupaten Wonosobo
Coordination is absolutely essential in a good organization of public organizations as well as private organizations. Coordination is carried out to create a uniform and harmonious effort on target. In an effort to develop the region's tourism industry, cross-sector coordination is needed to help harmonize and synchronize the roles of the actors of development, namely the Government, the private and the public. Coordination is needed from the level of planning up to evaluation activities.Research used are a descriptive qualitative, and thus use the phenomenon in which it contained the principal interview. Phenomenon that be used as reference is the delegation of authority, communication, budget, the coordinator, the mechanism of a pattern of coordination. The phenomenon that is then be used as reference to know the role of coordination and thruster and inhibitors factor in improving the coordination of traffic sectors. An interview conducted to 3 head of dept. namely dept. of tourism and culture communication and informatic department of transportation, district wonosobo, public works department and one of the owner of the bureau of tourism.Based on the results of the interview has been done can be noted that in the development of the tourism industry, involving the role of the Government (Office of tourism and culture, public works, Transportation and Communication Department of Informatics) private (travel agency tourism) and the role of the community. Therefore cross-cutting coordination is needed both in the planning, implementation and evaluation process of course with effective communication. The active role of the actors of development becomes the driving factor in coordination, and differences in the orientation of the time and also the limited budget of dijadiakan inhibitor of factor, because each implementation activity, each of these actors do not have the same time and an adequate budget
