Prediksi Website Pemancing Informasi Penting Phising Menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM)
The development of information and communication technologies, especially the Internet, have an impact in all sectors of human life with exception in the banking and financial sectors in addition to a positive impact to make essier customer in the transaction process that can do anytime and anywhere without being limited by space and time using the internet, it also brings great potential against parties not responsible for the theft of critical data and information, one of them with phishing techniques, so the method for detecting a phishing site requires serious attention. In this study the authors try to give an overview of the most accurate methods to detect phishing websites to compare three methods such as Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes, and Decision Tree using public datasets from the UCI Machine Learning Repository (www.uci.edu) optimized with feature selection and processed using RapidMiner program that showed Decision Tree has a accuracy rate of 91.84%, Naïve Bayes method amounted to 74.07% and Support Vector Machine by 92.34%. Hereby declare that the method of Support Vector Machine has the highest degree of accuracy.

The Use of Portfolio Assessment of Writing Skill in Descriptive Text
The objectives of the research are to find out the use of portfolio assessment of writing skill in descriptive text and the challenges faced by the teacher in the use of portfolio assessment of writing skill in descriptive text in SMP Negeri 1 Pagelaran Cianjur. The type of the research is qualitative research with case study method. In collecting the data, the researcher uses field notes, observation checklist, open-ended questionnaire, and documentation. The data were analyzed by reducing the non useful data, displaying the data, and drawing conclusion. The researcher uses data triangulation to get the validity of the data. Based on the research finding, the teacher implemented almost all the procedures of portfolio assessment proposed by Brown & Abeywickrama, the teacher designed the purpose of portfolio, the teacher designed the material of portfolio, the teacher designed the time of portfolio, the teacher designed the time for reviewing, the teacher designed the place for portfolio. The challenges faced by the teacher in the use of portfolio assessment of writing skill in descriptive text that the teacher has difficulties in giving feedback in a large class, less in controlling and guiding the students, and the teacher did not use the rubric for assessing the writing skill of the student\u27s task

. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial knowledge,financial confidence and income, on financial behavior. This research is based onTPB Model and Behavioral Finance Theory, and it was carried out based on thephenomenon that occur at present whereas the community is more focused on shorttermrather than on long-term. The Theory of Planned Behavior that rates theknowledge, self-confidence, and income becomes the basis of financial behavior ofindividuals, which become the topic of this research. The subjects in this study are thepeople of Jakarta Special Region, which includes the group of workforce who havealready had the job and fixed income every month. The results of this research showthat Financial Knowledge and Financial Confidence do affect Financial Behavior,whereas Income does not appear in the same way
IFRS Based Zakat Reporting: Adoption Rational Western Method Into Institutional Accountability
This study aims to evaluate the characteristics of zakat institution and proposes the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) since it has developed and provides various product i.e zakat for productive purpose. This is important, considering that one of the measurement of accountability and transparency of an institution is providing brief financial report towards its beneficaries. Thereby, this study found that practically zakat institution is simillar to the SMEs, and there are 11 strandard of IFRS for SMEs that could be applicable to zakat institutionto achieve accountability and transparency. Aerobic granulation for real domestic sewage treatment at hot and low humidity climate condition
With inoculum sludge from a conventional activated sludge wastewater treatment plant, a sequencing batch reactor fed with real domestic wastewater was operated at 50 ± 1 °C to study the formation of aerobic granular sludge (AGS) for simultaneous organics and nutrients removal with a complete cycle time of 3 h. The AGS were successfully cultivated with excellent settling ability and demonstrated exceptional performance in the organics and nutrients removal with influent loading rate of 1.2 kg COD m-3 d-1. Stable, regular, dense and fast settling granule (average diameter, 2.0 mm and sludge volume index, 73.501 mL g-1) were developed in a single reactor. In addition, 89 % COD removal efficiency was observed in the system at the maturation stage of the granulation, while its ammonia nitrogen removal efficiencies were up to 99 %. The study demonstrated the capabilities of AGS formation in a single, high and slender column type-bioreactor at high temperature which is suitable to be applied for hot climate and low humidity condition (e.g. Saudi Arabia)
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi sifat-sifat cahaya setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Hipotesis yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi sifat-sifat cahaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi-exsperimental research). Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest posttest design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 37 Banda Aceh tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Kelas V dijadikan sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang dikenai model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Pada awal pembelajaran diberi pretest dan akhir pembelajaran diberi posttes dengan menggunakan instrumen yang sama. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan tes dan angket, teknik pengolahan data menggunakan statistik uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas data diperoleh bahwa data keduanya normal dan homogen. Dari hasil perhitungan untuk keterampilan proses sains diperolehthitung = 29,1274 sedangkan nilai ttabel= 1,6827 dan hasil perhitungan untuk motivasi belajar siswa diperolehthitung = 7,427 sedangkan nilai ttabel= 1,6827. Oleh karena thitung > ttabel maka Ho ditolak dan terima Ha. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi sifat-sifat cahaya
Effect of calcination temperature on electrical properties of Nd0.7Ba0.3MnO3
In this work, Nd0.7Ba0.3MnO3 was synthesized via cryo-milling method to investigate the effect of calcination temperature on the structure, microstructure, magnetic and electrical properties. XRD analysis revealed all samples can be indexed to orthorhombic structure systems with Imma space group accompany with some minor phases of Mn2O4 and BaMnO3. FESEM analysis confirmed that a slight increase in the grain size from 117.4 nm (600°C), 119.5 nm (700°C), 121.0 nm (800°C), 123.1 nm (900°C) to 138.4 nm (1000°C) was observed when different calcination temperature was applied. Four Point Probe measurements showed that all samples are in paramagnetic insulating region and TMIT is lower than 20K. Resistivity increase when grain size reduces due to increase of effective grain boundary that weakens the electron hopping process via double exchange mechanism. Beside, a drastic increase of resistivity also observed due to present of minor secondary phase (BaMnO3) in sample C9
Impact of different water levels on growth, plant water relations and leaf characteristics in seedling of Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia Jack)
The effects of water availability on growth, water relations and related plant leaves characteristics of young Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia jack) plants were investigated. Plant vegetative growth was inhibited with reduced water availability. Leaf water potential and relative water content were reduced with increasing soil water stress. The total leaf area and specific leaf area (SLA) in Tongkat Ali decreased in response to the stress treatments especially from moderate stress (75%FC), to severe stress (25% FC), compared with the control. Therefore by decreasing the SLA plant can preserve the internal water led to increase the tolerance of plant in case of water deficit condition
Slater to Mott crossover in the metal to insulator transition of Nd2Ir2O7
We present an angle-resolved photoemission study of the electronic structure
of the three-dimensional pyrochlore iridate Nd2Ir2O7 through its magnetic
metal-insulator transition. Our data reveal that metallic Nd2Ir2O7 has a
quadratic band, touching the Fermi level at the Gamma point, similarly to that
of Pr2Ir2O7. The Fermi node state is, therefore, a common feature of the
metallic phase of the pyrochlore iridates. Upon cooling below the transition
temperature, this compound exhibits a gap opening with an energy shift of
quasiparticle peaks like a band gap insulator. The quasiparticle peaks are
strongly suppressed, however, with further decrease of temperature, and
eventually vanish at the lowest temperature, leaving a non-dispersive flat band
lacking long-lived electrons. We thereby identify a remarkable crossover from
Slater to Mott insulators with decreasing temperature. These observations
explain the puzzling absence of Weyl points in this material, despite its
proximity to the zero temperature metal-insulator transition
