NALISIS MEREK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI PT.TIKI JNE (STUDI KASUS DI PT. TIKI JNE CABANG DENPASAR, BALI)
The development and improvement express delivery of service (courier)
from many years’ increases in accordance with society necessities. It can be seen
by the strong competition in servicing, price, and promotion among many of
express delivery (courier), especially in Indonesia. Taken decision of purchasing,
the consumers do many activities in a complex to make sure of them what product
that they will buy can give the optimal satisfaction.
In general, factors are considered to determine the choice, is price and
image from the band of product of service. Determining of price that is
appropriate and exact, also there are believable from consumer in choosing brand
of product or service, will stimulate the consumer for doing purchasing decision.
PT. TIKI JNE branch Denpasar, Bali is a company in service of domestic
or foreign production. This company is sub-branch of company which provide
some of service, for example: express delivery in a day deliverance time, such as
YES (Yakin Esok Sampai), SS (Special Service), Diplomat Service and Regular
Service.
This research aims to test the effect of brand and price to purchasing
decision in branch office PT. TIKI JNE branch Denpasar, Bali. The type of this
research in individuality is the consumer who uses the delivery service (courier) in
branch office and in three of branch offices assistance PT. TIKI JNE branch
Denpasar, Bali in partial or even stimultan. Who chosen as a respondent is
according with the method that is used. The way of determining sample in this
research uses non-probability sampling method to determine the sample which is
amount 99 people from 5.314 people population. Collecting data by questionnaire,
interview, and study library. The analysis of data uses statistic descriptive and
statistic inferential analysis. Especially, inferential statistic analysis is used double
regression with SPSS 14 for windows program.
Based on the test result that is gotten the similarity regression Y= 9,105 +
0,424 X1 + 0,587 X2 and the analysis effect of brand and price in partial to
purchasing decision, the result that is gotten for brand variable t hitung > t tabel is
5,126>1,6604. For the price variable that is gotten t hitung| > t tabel is 3,638 > 1,6604.
While, for seeing there is or not the effect of brand variable and price
simultaneous to purchasing decision uses test F, the result F hitung > F tabel is 39,405
> 3,0902. The conclusion, there is the significant effect and positive between
brand and price to purchasing decision in branch office PT. TIKI JNE Denpasar,
Bali. 2
The suggestion can be given which is PT. TIKI JNE branch Denpasar, Bali
needed to develop, especially improving the speed and accuracy of time in
delivering document and package of service YES (Yakin Esok Sampai) and SS
(Special Service). It is caused by delivering delay that still happens in document
and package delivering of YES (Yakin Esok Sampai) and SS (Special Service),
which are offer the time of agreement. So, it is needed the coordination between
flight company and branch office PT. TIKI JNE in every part in Indonesia, for
getting existence of document and package that are delivered and also needs
delivering information quickly and accuracy about the delay to sender and
receiver of document and package by telephone
From Sheaf Cohomology to the Algebraic de Rham Theorem
Let X be a smooth complex algebraic variety with the Zariski topology, and
let Y be the underlying complex manifold with the complex topology.
Grothendieck's algebraic de Rham theorem asserts that the singular cohomology
of Y with complex coefficients can be computed from the complex of sheaves of
algebraic differential forms on X. This article gives an elementary proof of
Grothendieck's algebraic de Rham theorem, elementary in the sense that we use
only tools from standard textbooks as well as Serre's FAC and GAGA papers.Comment: 53 pages; this version replaces an earlier version submitted in

A design oriented study for 3R Orthogonal Manipulators With Geometric Simplifications
This paper proposes a method to calculate the largest Regular Dextrous
Workspace (RDW) of some types of three-revolute orthogonal manipulators that
have at least one of their DH parameters equal to zero. Then a new performance
index based on the RDW is introduced, the isocontours of this index are plotted
in the parameter space of the interesting types of manipulators and finally an
inspection of the domains of the parameter spaces is conducted in order to
identify the better manipulator architectures. The RDW is a part of the
workspace whose shape is regular (cube, cylinder) and the performances
(conditioning index) are bounded inside. The groups of 3R orthogonal
manipulators studied have interesting kinematic properties such as, a
well-connected workspace that is fully reachable with four inverse kinematic
solutions and that does not contain any void. This study is of high interest
for the design of alternative manipulator geometries
An Algorithm for Computing Cusp Points in the Joint Space of 3-RPR Parallel Manipulators
This paper presents an algorithm for detecting and computing the cusp points
in the joint space of 3-RPR planar parallel manipulators. In manipulator
kinematics, cusp points are special points, which appear on the singular curves
of the manipulators. The nonsingular change of assembly mode of 3-RPR parallel
manipulators was shown to be associated with the existence of cusp points. At
each of these points, three direct kinematic solutions coincide. In the
literature, a condition for the existence of three coincident direct kinematic
solutions was established, but has never been exploited, because the algebra
involved was too complicated to be solved. The algorithm presented in this
paper solves this equation and detects all the cusp points in the joint space
of these manipulators

An Unsettled Return: Memory and Self-Identity in Lina Meruane’s Volverse Palestina
Chile is home to one of the largest Palestinian communities outside of the Arab world. Despite its significant size of more than 400,000 people, few have undertaken comprehensive studies of the group and the literature it has produced. This thesis explores the emergence of a diasporic Palestinian consciousness among members of Chile's Palestinian community through an analysis of contemporary writer Lina Meruane's chronicle, Volverse Palestina [Becoming Palestinian] (2013). I argue that Meruane's novel approach to the diasporic Palestinian narrative of return textualizes the emergence of this consciousness in the context of Chile following the creation of the state of Israel in 1948.
I will begin by providing an overview of Arab migration to Latin America, with a special emphasis on Palestinian migration to Chile. Following this, I will discuss literature written prior to 1948 by Chilean immigrants of Arab descent. I will then analyze Meruane's text in relation to its treatment of collective, intergenerational, and personal memory; diaspora space and border writing; and the concept of return. Lastly, I conclude that in addition to its importance for the Palestinian community in Chile, this narrative offers a refreshingly accessible entry point into the history of a complex, ongoing conflict.Spanish and Portugues
Performance Enhancement of Multiuser Time Reversal UWB Communication System
UWB communication is a recent research area for indoor propagation channels.
Time Reversal (TR) communication in UWB has shown promising results for
improving the system performance. In multiuser environment, the system
performance is significantly degraded due to the interference among different
users. TR reduces the interference caused by multiusers due to its spatial
focusing property. The performance of a multiuser TR communication system is
further improved if the TR filter is modified. In this paper, multiuser TR in
UWB communication is investigated using simple TR filter and a modified TR
filter with circular shift operation. The concept of circular shift in TR is
analytically studied. Thereafter, the channel impulse responses (CIR) of a
typical indoor laboratory environment are measured. The measured CIRs are used
to analyze the received signal peak power and signal to interference ratio
(SIR) with and without performing the circular shift operation in a multiuser
environment
Nanocarbons from acid pretreated waste coffee grounds using microwave radiation
This study investigates the use of microwave radiation to produce nanocarbons from Waste Coffee Grounds (WCG). It is first step to demonstrate the potential of integrating the microwave power to conventional methods of carbonaceous materials and nanocarbons production, aiming to overcome their high production cost. The process parameters and interactions investigated were: microwave radiation power (W), temperature (°C) and residence time (min). Results obtained from the lab-scale experiments indicated the optimum conditions for maximizing the nanocarbons yield (wt%) from the H₂SO₄ acid pretreated WCG at 200 °C, 850 for 60 min resulting in a 87.6 wt% char yield which ranged between the average size of 100–140 nm and lower. Moreover, the optimum conditions to achieve the maximum yield of nanocarbons (wt%) where: same temperature (200 °C), lower microwave power (650 W) and residence time (45 min). Then a yield of 60 wt% nanocarbons of average sizes 60 nm were produced, indicating the potential of this method to produce value-added biomaterials (spherical shaped nanocarbons) applicable for future scientific breakthroughs
Millimeter-Wave System for High Data Rate Indoor Communications
This paper presents the realization of a wireless Gigabit Ethernet
communication system operating in the 60 GHz band. The system architecture uses
a single carrier modulation. A differential encoded binary phase shift keying
modulation and a differential demodulation scheme are adopted for the
intermediate frequency blocks. The baseband blocks use Reed- Solomon RS (255,
239) coding and decoding for channel forward error correction (FEC). First
results of bit error rate (BER) measurements at 875 Mbps, without channel
coding, are presented for different antennas.Comment: 5 page
Green tea polyphenol-reduced graphene oxide: derivatisation, reduction efficiency, reduction mechanism and cytotoxicity
This paper reports on the derivatisation, reduction efficiency, reduction mechanism and cytotoxicity of green tea polyphenol-reduced graphene oxide (GTP-RGO). The reduction of graphene oxide (GO) at 90°C using a weight ratio (WR) of GTP/GO=1 resulted in the production of a stable GTP-RGO dispersion in aqueous media, as indicated by the results of ultravioletvisible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and the measurement of zeta potential and electrophoretic mobility. In addition, the results from UV-Vis spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis indicated the comparable reduction ability of GTP relative to the standard reducing agent, hydrazine (N2H4). The removal mechanism of epoxy group from GO via reduction reaction with GTP was investigated by implementing hybrid functional method of Becke-3-parameters-Lee-Yang-Parr (B3LYP)using Gaussian 09 software. The energy and frequency calculations showed that the GO reduction using GTP was more spontaneous and relatively took place faster than the reduction using N2H4, as evidenced by higher entropy change (ΔS) (0.039 kcal/mol·K) and lower Gibbs free energy (ΔG) barrier (58.880 kcal/mol).The cytotoxicities of GO and GTP-RGO samples were evaluated against human colonic fibroblasts cells (CCD-18Co). The GO sample was determined to be toxic even at low concentration (6.25 μg/mL), while the GTP-RGO sample possesses notably low toxicity at the same concentration. The cell culture experiments revealed that the incorporation of GTP led to a decrease in the toxicity of GTP-RGO samples
