    Methodology for Assessing the Transport Accessibility of Capital Objects in a Megacity Based on Geoinformation Data

    Purpose: to present the author's methodology and the test results for calculating integral indicators of transport accessibility on the basis of weighted normalized private indicators for three housing estates in Moscow.Methods: the study is based on the application of methods for collecting factual material, its processing, systematic, comparative historical and structural-functional analysis, which were supplemented by multivariate analysis of secondary information using content analysis of existing methods for calculating indicators of transport accessibility of capital objects. The results and conclusions of the research are based on the use of the author's methodology for calculating integral indicators of transport accessibility based on weighted normalized private indicators for three housing estates in Moscow. The analysis of a possible set of criteria for assessing transport accessibility of housing estates in Moscow metropolis was carried out on the basis of the use of a geographic information system database GIS NextGIS QGIS.Results: a review of methodological approaches to the calculation of objective quantitative indicators characterizing the transport accessibility of capital objects is carried out; the author's methodology for calculating the integral indicators of the transport accessibility of residential complexes in Moscow is presented and tested on the basis of weighted normalized private criteria / indicators. The use of the authors’ methodology for calculating integral indicators of transport accessibility based on weighted normalized private criteria / indicators made it possible to calculate the values of indicators of transport accessibility for three housing estates in Moscow, calculate an integrated score for a set of transport accessibility criteria for each housing estate, to give a comparative quantitative assessment of their transport accessibility, to conduct a rating of housing estates in terms of their transport accessibility.Conclusions and Relevance: the presented results of approbation of the author's methodology for calculating the integral indicators of transport accessibility for housing estates in Moscow allow to conduct a comparative and dynamic analysis of housing estates (or larger units) transport accessibility. The results of such an analysis can be applied in order to develop programs for transport infrastructure development of the megacity as a whole, its certain districts and city parts, as well as to assess such programs efciency. Москвы.Метод или методология проведения работы. Исследование основано на применении методов сбора фактического материала, его обработки, системного, сравнительно-исторического и структурно-функционального анализа, которые были дополнены многомерным анализом вторичной информации с использованием контент-анализа существующих методик расчета показателей транспортной доступности капитальных объектов. Результаты и выводы работы базируются на использовании авторской методики расчета интегральных показателей транспортной доступности на основе взвешенных нормированных частных показателей для трех жилых комплексов г. Москвы. Анализ возможной совокупности критериев/показателей оценки транспортной доступности жилищных комплексов мегаполиса г. Москва был проведен на основе использования геоинформационной базы данных ГИС NextGIS QGIS.Результаты работы. Проведен обзор методических подходов к расчету объективных количественных показателей, характеризующих транспортную доступность капитальных объектов, представлена и апробирована авторская методика расчета интегральных показателей транспортной доступности жилых комплексов г. Москвы на основе взвешенных нормированных частных критериев/показателей. Применение авторской методики расчета интегральных показателей транспортной доступности на основе взвешенных нормированных частных критериев/показателей позволило рассчитать значения показателей транспортной доступности для трех жилых комплексов г. Москвы, рассчитать интегрированную балльную оценку совокупности критериев транспортной доступности для каждого ЖК, дать сравнительную количественную оценку их транспортной доступности, провести рейтингование ЖК по показателям транспортной доступности.Выводы. Представленные результаты апробации авторской методики расчета интегральных показателей транспортной доступности для жилых комплексов г. Москвы позволяют проводить сравнительный и динамический анализ транспортной доступности ЖК (или более крупных агрегатов). Результаты такого анализа могут быть применены в целях разработки программ развития транспортной инфраструктуры мегаполиса в целом, отдельных округов и районов, а также для оценки эффективности таких программ. В целях дальнейшего развития системы оценки транспортной доступности авторы видят направления будущих исследований в определении и расчете показателей, основанных на восприятии жителями города транспортной доступности объектов

    The article is devoted to problems of organizational and methodical process modeling of the entrepreneurial potential and business activity of students of educational institutions through the use of Smart-technologies. It is noted that the successful implementation of enterprise and business projects are the basis of economic development of society, with the main factor for the development of entrepreneurship in the country in the long term is to develop the entrepreneurial mindset of young people. Entrepreneurial younger generation reserve created for the period of study, will provide the subsequent decades of business operation, incomenot only to the owner, but also the composition of personnel of the company and, in general, the country. The specifics of perception of the new generation of knowledge, learning and the formation of professional skills is that their effectiveness depends, sometimes completely determined by the degree of use of information and communication technologies, not only in the preparation and implementation of knowledge by the learners, but also in the work themselves teachers. Therefore, an effective and modern instrument for achieving the development goals of the business potential and business students to provide such forms of work with students, which would stimulate their interest in entrepreneurship through the active use of information technologies. The organizational and methodological training model and a set of measures aimed at developing the entrepreneurial potential and business activity of the young generation. To a large extent the elements of our model successfully implemented in REU them. GV Plekhanov at the Faculty of “Marketing Business School and Entrepreneurship”, to carry out training business technologies in relevant areas of knowledge for the information society and the modern state of the economy – business intelligence, innovation and creative business, crisis and risk management, technological Strategic Management (MBA program and a mini-MBA, retraining and refresher courses, professional orientation of varying lengths; trainings and workshops). The main purpose – to form students practical skills and competence for business management in modern conditions. The goal of the entrepreneurial potential and business activity of youth should help to improve the system of vocational guidance work with students, the creation of a continuous training system, the integration of general and further education for the development of entrepreneurship and business activity in the educational institutions of higher and secondary levels of education. A number of recommendations on the organization of professional space ICT teacher and the use of various forms of work with students in order to effectively transfer knowledge, determine their entrepreneurial potential, and the development of entrepreneurial activity. Modern professional space ICT teacher, especially in applications such areas as business training, should be focused on mutual transfer of technologies in an integrated chain: education - science - practice

    Researching the Importance of Atmosphere Parameters in the Medical Institution for Younger Audience

    In order to attract the attention of customers and build their loyalty the trade enterprise should stand out at the background of others. One factor promoting attainment of this goal is the shop atmosphere. This category is essential for the service sector. The idea of atmosphere is also topical for medical institutions as enterprises of the service sector. What are its components in the field of public health and how can they be used? Can the atmosphere of the medical institution influence patients’ mood? You can find answers to these questions in this article. Analysis of the degree of this problem development in Russian and overseas publications allow us to speak about insufficient attention to its marketing component. In overseas literature the atmosphere of medical institutions is discussed only from the point of view of its therapeutic effect for patients and medical personnel, while Russian publications have not considered this issue. The list of atmosphere parameters consists of well-known elements. Traditionally it is investigated in the field of retail trade, as it makes possible to create and strengthen communication with clients in places of goods selling, to increase sales of the product range and profit. Is the list of parameters the same in medical institution? This question is still topical. The authors identify important parameters of the atmosphere in the medical institution influencing the younger generation – customers of medical services
