NEW COMPOSITE MAGNETITE NANOPARTICLES FOR USE IN IMMUNOCHROMATOGRAPHIC

    No full text
Composite nanoparticles based on magnetite with various coatings have been synthesized and characterized. Their effectiveness as markers for the immunochromatographic determination of troponin T, a diagnostic indicator of acute myocardial infarction, was compared.</jats:p

ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS BASED ON RECOMBINASE POLYMERASE AMPLIFICATION FOR RAPID DETECTION OF VIRAL, VIROID AND BACTERIAL PLANT PATHOGENS

    No full text
Test systems have been developed for the detection of phytopathogens, combining recombinase polymerase amplification and membrane test strips. Test systems provide detection of potato virus X, potato spindle tuber viroid, potato blackleg pathogen (Dickeya solani), as well as multi-analysis of three viruses. Amplification is carried out at 37 °C. The analysis time does n ot exceed 30 min.</jats:p

DEVELOPMENT OF IMMUNOENZYME ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS FOR CONTROL OF THE CONTENT OF MAIN NON-MEAT COMPOUNDS IN PROCESSED MEAT PRODUCTS

    No full text
Methods have been developed to control the content of non-meat components (connective tissue of animals, eggs, soy) in processed meat products, based on enzyme immunoassay of biomarker proteins – collagen, ovalbumin, soybean trypsin inhibitor.</jats:p

HIGHLY SENSITIVE IMMUNOASSAY WITH PEROXIDASE-MIMICKING NANOPARTICLES

    No full text
Bi (Au@Ag)-and trimetallic (Au@Ag-Pt) nanoparticles with peroxidase-mimicking activity were synthesized. The nanoparticles were used for lateral flow immunoassay of phytopathogens and inflammatory biomarker. Low values of the limit of detection were achieved thanks to the unique optical and catalytic properties of the nanoparticles.</jats:p

MODULATION OF APTAMERIC ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS PROPERTIES USING COMPLEMENTARY OLIGONUCLEOTIDES

    No full text
The possibilities of modulating the properties of analytical systems based on aptamers by using complementary oligonucleotides are considered. The quantitative characterization of the interaction of the G-quadruplex aptamer with a panel of oligonucleotides of different lengths and different localization of binding sites was carried out; its results are compared with data on aptamer - ligand binding.</jats:p
