ATT Monitor Report 2018

This report presents the challenges faced when analyzing small arms and light weapons, and their susceptibility to diversion in the Latin American and Carribean region. Interestingly enough, the report also portrays how intelligence gaps may be contributing to these arms diversions occurring within and between organized criminal groups in the LAC region. This arms trafficking and diversion is considered under-examined and under-reported in LAC. As such, this report seeks to examine this diversion and the various ways in which it manifests in the LAC region
