ANALISIS RASIO PROFITABILITAS PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH SUMATERA BARAT CABANG PEMBANTU RSUP DR. M.DJAMIL PADANG

This study aims to determine the level of bank health through the analysis of profitability ratios at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Branch Assistant M.UP Djamil Hospital. This research data collection was collected from field research conducted directly to the object of research and library research. While this research data analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods. Based on the results of this study the level of Operational Costs (BOPO) held from 2018-2019 has increased, so that it is efficient in increasing bank operations, being able to control operational costs. Net Profit Margin (NPM) owned is efficient in obtaining profits and has increased from 2018-2019, thereby increasing the company's ability to get profits. Return on Assets (ROA) owned is efficient in getting net profit before tax, although it has decreased slightly in 2019 compared to 2018. Return on Equity (ROE) owned is less efficient in getting net profit after tax and has decreased from 2018 - 2019.</p

AKTIVITAS PEMASARAN TABUNGAN PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH SUMATERA BARAT CABANG PEMBANTU TARUSAN

The purpose of this study was to determine the product marketing activities at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Branch Assistant Tarusan. The data used in this study is to directly interview the parties involved in this case are the companies involved. In analyzing the data, the author uses quantitative data analysis method as a research method that explains in a description of the savings marketing activities at PT. Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas Pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Lengayang

The purpose of this study was to determine the Profitability Ratio at PT. BPR Lengayang. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority reports and BPR Publication Reports for the 2019-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that the bank's ROA level has decreased. ROE shows that the bank's ability to achieve net profit is good. In the BOPO position there is an increase and in the BOPO BI standard it is not very good. While the bank's NPM level decreased, the bank was not able to generate a net profit.</p

Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Sepatu Converse Pada Toko Babee.Shopp Padang

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes at the babee.shopp Padang store. The data used in this study were collected from consumers who use Converse shoes products at the Babee.shopp Padang store with the accidental sampling method in sample selection. There are 83 samples of consumers who used Converse shoe products at the babee.shopp Padang store. Data analysis used multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the price had no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count value (0.486) greater than t-tabel (0.2159), but a significant value greater than 0.05. Product quality has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count value (1.368)  greater than t-tabel (0.2159), but a significant value greater than 0.05. While promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes at the babee.shopp Padang store with a t-count value (3.698)  greater than t-tabel (0.2159) and a significant value less than 0.05.</jats:p

Hubungan Peralihan Fungsi Lahan Terhadap Penerapan Peraturan Perpajakan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perubahan penggunaan lahan dan perpajakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan reduksi sesuai dengan kata kunci penelitian. Setelah itu dilakukan pengolahan dan penulisan data dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah. Dalam UU 28/2009, pemerintah pusat mentransfer pajak tanah dan bangunan pedesaan dan perkotaan kepada pemerintah daerah. Hal ini berdampak pada pajak pengalihan tanah dan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dinyatakan diklasifikasikan sebagai pajak bumi dan bangunan. Namun demikian, pajak bumi dan bangunan yang bersumber dari tanah yang meliputi tiga sektor pertambangan, kehutanan, dan perkebunan tetap dipungut oleh pemerintah pusat. Devolusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan otonomi pendapatan pemerintah daerah, meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, dan mengurangi ketergantungan pemerintah daerah pada transfer fiskal dari pemerintah pusat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan otonomi, pemerintah pusat tidak hanya mendelegasikan tanggung jawab penyelenggaraan pajak bumi dan bangunan, tetapi juga memberikan kewenangan tertentu kepada pemerintah daerah untuk membuat kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini pertambangan dan kehutanan khususnya adalah sektor yang sangat sensitif secara politik, yang merupakan salah satu alasan utama mengapa desentralisasi pajak properti untuk perkebunan tampaknya lebih mungkin dilakukan dalam waktu dekat daripada untuk pertambangan dan kehutanan.</jats:p
