PENGARUH RELAKSASI BENSON TERHADAP TINGKAT STRES PADA LANSIA DI PSTW JOMBANG

Pendahuluan: Lansia yang tinggal dipanti banyak yang mengalami stres karena mereka tinggal jauh dari lingkungan keluarga. Ada beberapa alasan lansia tinggal dipanti salah satunya karena dibuang oleh keluarganya ada juga alasan karena tidak punya rumah dan keluarga. Kehidupan di panti tentu berbeda dengan kehidupan ketika lansia tersebut bersama-sama dengan keluarganya sehingga bisa menyebabkan stres. Salah satu cara penanganan yang bisa dilakukan yaitu dengan relaksasi Benson. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi Benson terhadap tingkat stres pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy eksperimental one group pre-posttest dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang lansia, uji analisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan signifikansi 0,05. Hasil: Hasil uji ststistik dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test pada signifikan (2-tailed) nya sebesar  0,002 yang berarti lebih kecil dari ? (?: tingkat signfikan= 0,05), maka H1 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh tehnik relaksasi terhadap tingkat stres pada lansia. Hal itu menunjukkan jika ada pengaruh relaksasi Benson terhadap tingkat stres pada lansia. Kesimpulan: Relaksasi Benson terbilang efektif dalam menurunkan stres pada lansia. Relaksasi Benson dapat disarankan menjadi salah satu pilihan terapi non farmakologi untuk mengatasi stres pada lansia.</jats:p

Ideal Evaluation in Islamic Education Learning

A prospective teacher will actually be demanded by professionals in carrying out their duties as an educator. In teaching later a teacher is required to be able to provide the best education so as to achieve the desired educational goals. Evaluation in Islamic education the way or technique of assessment of student behavior based on a comprehensive standard calculation of all aspects of mental psychological and spiritual life of students. Because the personal figure desired by Islamic education is not only a person who is religious in nature, but also has the knowledge and skills that are capable of doing charity and worshiping God and society. In that case, educational evaluation is one part of the activities carried out by a teacher to support the achievement of educational goals, and among evaluations conducted by the teacher is the evaluation of learning outcomes, where the evaluation is carried out to measure the extent of students' knowledge and skills after receive material and direction from a teacher.Evaluation of learning outcomes is very important where a teacher must be truly objective and professional in implementing it, because on the side of a teacher will decide the success or failure of a student.</jats:p

Education is essentially a change of knowledge, skills, attitudes and desirable behavior in students. Designing evaluation tools is one step that should not be left behind in learning planning and design. Through proper evaluation not only can determine the success of students achieving learning goals, but also at the same time can see the effectiveness of planned design programs. </jats:p

Restorative Justice Sebagai Penegakan Hukum Pidana Modern Dan Berkeadilan

Although in the positive law in Indonesia the process of settlement of criminal cases can not be completed outside the court does not mean that in certain cases not possible implementation. Restorative Justice is a process of settlement that is conducted outside the criminal justice system by involving victims, perpetrators, families of victims and perpetratos, communities and parties with an interst in a crime committed to reach an agreement. In this case the criminal justice process focused on criminal prosectution is transformed into a process of dialogue and mediation to create an agreement on a more fair and balanced criminal prosecution for the perpetrator and the victim.</jats:p

The development of information and communication technology is very fast affecting various fields of life and professions. The changes that were accompanied by the potential offer of telematics also caused a paradigm shift in the field of higher education. The paradigm changes include E-Learning, E-Research, and information literacy which requires libraries to develop to support the smooth running of education, research and society.&#x0D; This reserach uses participatory observation method. The subjects of this study were active library users of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Data collection in this research is through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and document studies.&#x0D; The results of the study are the perceptions and expectations of users to  the development of Raden Intan Library in the digital era is the merging of the Four building concepts: the concept of green library, Academic Library, Supermarket Library and Home Library.&#x0D; Keywords: Digital Library, Perception and Expectations, visitors of library, Library Management.</jats:p

Pemberdayaan Limbah Serabut Kelapa Menjadi Pobuke Berbasis Geometri Untuk Menaggulangi Tingkat Pengagguran Di Desa Senyiur

Desa senyiur merupakan salah satu daftar perdesaan yang menjadi pusat perhatian pemerintah. Perdesaan tersebut membutuhkan pendampingan untuk mengelola potensi daerah mereka melihat banyaknya pengangguran. Faktor pendorong peningkatan Pengangguran karena tingginya angka kemiskinan yang menyebabkan banyak yang tidak menikmati bangku sekolah. Dampaknya para pengangguran tidak memiliki skill yang handal. Masyarakat pengangguran terdiri dari anak terlantar/putus sekolah dan ibu rumah tangga yang tidak memiliki hasil tetap . Salah satu pemecahan masalahnya adalah memberdayakan serabut kelapa menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis, karena dapat membantu perekonomian masyarakat pengangguran. Target luaran yang hendak dicapai adalah memberdayakan limbah serabut kelapa menjadi POBUKE (Pot Bunga Kekinian) berbasis geometri. Geometri tersebut merupakan software geometri interaktif untuk ketepatan dan simulasi penggunaan, agar mudah memanipulasi dan membuat objek-objek geometris, karena seni secara universal memiliki hubungan geometri yang begitu kompleks. Manfaat penelitian ini tidak lain membantu pemerintah mengurangi tingkat pengangguran serta terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan. Harapanya dapat menumbuh kembangkan jiwa enterpreuner masyarakat pengangguran. Produk ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah menggunakan metode demonstrasi, ceramah, diskusi, praktik dan obsevase. 1. Metode demonstrasi berbasis ceramah digunakan sebagai simulasi training atau kegiatan pelatihan. 2. Metode diskusi digunakan sebagai komunikasi dua arah yang bersifat terbuka antara para tim peneliti dan pemateri dengan para karyawan. 3. Metode praktik untuk mengimlplementasikan pengetahuan yang sudah didapatkan dari para tim peneliti dan pemateri yang professional dalam bidang kerajinan. 3. The synergy model of village development based on environmental education (biotic approach) in Indonesia perspective of Law Number 6 of 2014

Abstract This research is driven from the ineffectiveness of village empowerment in the North Coast of Central Java (Pemalang, Tegal Regency, Tegal City, Pekalongan, and Batang), especially in environmental issues. In fact, the environment is an important part of village development and has the most important contribution to a prosperous independent community according to Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Village Law). Environmental development (biotic and abiotic) has a very significant role, and humans as one of the biotic components place a strategic position in the development of the environment in the village. This study aims to produce a synergistic model that combines legal instruments, implementation, and environmental education in rural development. Chamblis and Seidman’s theories (about Law and Society) are used in this study and this study emphasizes that: (1) laws and regulations should be used to achieve social welfare and justice, including in environmental terms, but in fact this is not maximally done, (2) village development as a mandate of the Village Law on the North Coast has not been oriented towards environmental development, so that the use of village funds is ineffective, and (3) the synergy model of village development emphasizes progressive legal principles as one of the tools to encourage law enforcement which is more effective.</jats:p
